Dakota Access Pipeline

On February 7, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced they will grant the permit for construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline. This is not allowed without completion of an Environmental Impact Statement and tribal consultation. The U.S. Department of Defense oversees the Army Corps. Call Defense Secretary Mattis (703-571-3343 Ext. #5) or call the White House (1-888-201-9377) to demand that a full Environment Impact Statement be completed before further action is taken.
