Rosina Snow

Rosina is a native of New York City. There, she stayed busy singing opera, enjoying musical theater, writing creatively, and worshipping at her local United Methodist Church. Rosina is a graduate of Oberlin College. She has worked in faith-based climate justice organizing, helped to pass a fossil fuel divestment resolution at the NY Annual Conference, and organized a large faith contingent to attend the 2014 Climate March.

Rosina is a 2018 graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary and worked as the Director of Christian Discipleship at Wesley Memorial UMC in Charlottesville. During her tenure, she led efforts to build a community garden and served as the church-community liaison for the sanctuary ministry.

For several years, Rosina served on the Virginia Interfaith Power and Light Steering Committee. Rosina is thrilled to join VAIPL as the Communications Director and looks forward to working with the interfaith community in its mission to secure clean air and water and a safe climate for everyone in Virginia.

Rosina lives in Charlottesville, VA, with her husband and two daughters and loves to sing and write in her spare time.
