Volunteer with an organization that cares about environmental justice and collaborates among people of faith and conscience to grow healthy communities. By volunteering, you will help to combat the climate crisis and be a part of a movement to shift toward environmental justice. Help VAIPL with outreach, events, and advocacy!
Examples of what you might do:
- Assist VAIPL in planning events, such as workshops, film screenings, interfaith dialogues, lobby visits, etc.
- Talk to people of different faiths about your commitment to climate action
- Track contact and action information
- Communicate your progress, actions, and events with VAIPL
- Check in regularly for support from your regional VAIPL staff contact
- Have the opportunity to become a regional volunteer manager or future board member
