You are invited to invite 10 African American pastors to join the climate resilience movement with Green the Church! We work to empower church leadership and lay people to develop practical solutions to economic and environmental issues in the Black community.
OUR PILLARS FOR WORK:
1. Build the Power for Change- Connecting Black churches to the climate resilience movement will increase our ability to thrive during climate change
2. Promote Sustainable Practices-We work with church leadership to make church buildings and operations more sustainable
3. Amplify Green Theology- Help create culturally relevant messages to reinforce our Christian duty to protect God’s creation
